Art prints are reproductions of original artwork and may have slight variations in color and appearance depending on the printing process and materials selected.

Original paintings may be sold through other channels or directly to collectors. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, I will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent. If an order is canceled after payment, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Purchasing an original painting or art print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

No artwork may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission from Dawn Gerety.

8. Commissions & Custom Artwork

Commissioned artwork is subject to separate written agreements outlining the project scope, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, and other applicable terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and reproduction rights remain with Dawn Gerety.
