Shipping policy

Every piece of art deserves a safe journey home! I take care in preparing and packaging orders so your artwork arrives ready to enjoy.

Because ArtSeriously offers original paintings, made-to-order prints, and handmade products, shipping and fulfillment vary by item.

1. Shipping Locations

Shipping destinations and available methods are displayed during checkout.

If you are interested in purchasing an original painting or placing an order for delivery outside the available checkout destinations, please contact me to discuss shipping arrangements and costs before purchasing.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their destination country unless otherwise stated.

2. Original Paintings

Original paintings are carefully packaged to protect the artwork during transit.

Due to the size, weight, and unique packaging requirements of certain paintings, shipping methods and costs may vary.

Some larger paintings may require specialized packaging, freight arrangements, or additional handling. If a custom shipping arrangement is required, I will communicate the options and costs before finalizing the order.

Please review all shipping information provided before completing your purchase.

3. Art Prints

Canvas, framed canvas, and metal prints are made to order through my professional print production partner.

Once an order is placed, it is submitted for production. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, production schedule, destination, and carrier.

Print orders may ship directly from the production partner to the customer.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

4. Hand-Painted & Handmade Items

Hand-painted and handmade items are packaged with care and shipped using the available methods selected at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout when available.

For larger original paintings or orders requiring specialized shipping, a separate shipping quote may be necessary. Any additional shipping charges will be communicated and agreed upon before shipment.

6. Processing & Delivery Times

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided at checkout or communicated directly when applicable.

Please remember that production times and carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.

If I become aware that an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, or within the timeframe required by applicable law, I will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and refund where required.

7. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and transportation schedules.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.

8. Damaged Shipments

I take great care to package artwork securely, but shipping damage can occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery for original paintings, or within 7 days for prints and handmade items.

Please include photographs of the item, exterior packaging, and any visible damage so I can help resolve the issue.
